- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the complexity of the design. Sometimes it's an hourly charge but generally it's a flat rate. Usually I start at $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a sense of their attitude towards their services or product.. how they want to present themselves and how they want to be perceived. Then discuss possible color preferences and even fonts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professional artist for over 40 years. I started as a hand-drawn animator for Disney and Hanna-Barbera, working on over 50 TV series and over 20 animated feature films. I've been working as a digital illustrator since 2004, teach digital graphics on the college level and run my own graphic design studio.
