Introduction: As a birth doula, my goal is to provide emotional, educational and physical support before, during and after labor & delivery. In our prenatal visits, we will create a customized birth plan so I can learn how to best support you and your family during this exciting time. During labor, I provide continuous support for the birthing person and their partner. A week or two postpartum, I’ll check in on the new family and discuss the highlights (and even the low points) of the entire experience.
