- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go to great lengths to provide affordable prices. I take pride in my customers feeling, not only satisfied, but knowing they got a great deal for the service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reassuring them that we're on their side, and not out to beat them. We understand that times get hard. So we try to meet them were they're at. we are a business with a legitimate interest to not only survive, but to thrive and expand. Being upfront and transparent with our pricing generally keeps customers happy and coming back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
hauling, coordinating, listening to and connecting with my customers, and managing business affairs.
