I want to be able to sit down and discuss what the customers interests are in concerns to food, what they are open to. Go over menu ideas and price range
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in kitchens for 7 years. I went to culinary school and received my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. I have worked in many different kinds of restaurants and have a good understanding of food and what pairs well together.
