Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to cook for various establishments, which eventually led me to start my own venture. For the past 8 years, I have been dedicated to catering events and, more recently, providing meal-prepping services for a little over a year. My experience with Samantha was truly amazing! Seriously! I had been ill for a long time and had a family coming to town to help me. I hired Sam to prepare a meal and instead I got a memorable experience!
First, she was patient, collaborative and creative with helping me think through the menu. Samantha was always responsive and very fun to connect with! She was a top notch professional who intentionally worked to customize her approach to my needs.
The Food: Most importantly, her food was amazing!!! Everything was HOMEMADE including the salad dressing, focaccia bread, creamy Alfredo sauce with scallops and shrimp and homemade caramel sauce for our homemade bread pudding. No detail was left out. The meal we had was so special, that my family member wants me to book her again when she returns - and I will!
And you should too- enjoy!!

I hired Sam and her team for a private dinner I was having for my birthday. We traveled from out of town and was staying at an airbnb for the weekend. It was the perfect girls getaway and we ended with the perfect meal prepared by Sam. She listened to my wants/needs (we had some picky eaters) and created the perfect menu. We were soo full but kept eating because it was soo good. She was prompt, cleaned up everything after and even brought me flowers. I would absolutely recommend her for any event. One tip, get the cheesecake 😋. You won't be disappointed.

This was an amazing experience. For reference, I was looking for a private chef experience with a wine pairing. Samantha gave us everything we asked for and more. She was very responsive, punctual, professional, and flexible. She made changes based on what I needed, arrived right on time and served us exactly on time. The quality of the food was AMAZING. She created a menu for everyone and was able to amend for dietary needs. The ingredients were fresh- again, good quality. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great private chef experience.

Ive been cooking for more than 30 years. I've worked in restaurants, colleges, arenas, and other venues, which prompted me to start my own business. Ive been in business for about 8 years now, and started my meal prep business a little over a year ago. I currently have 6 clients that i regularly prepare meals for.
