Micah J. says, "So I have nothing but positive things to say for Rooter-Man. I had a rusted flange, which caused some issues on my toilet installation. I had to call another installer last minute. I received two quotes: one from a plumber who came in and said that they would need to drill the concrete floor out, and another from Rooter-Man, who gave me the quote from photos. The Rooter-Man quote was LITERALLY half of the cost of the other plumber. So, of course, I go with Rooter-Man (the other plumber told me the price was negotiable once I canceled lol). So Rooter-Man, called me 20 mins before they arrived, they removed the flange with no need to remove my concrete floor, installed the new toilet, and met their quote exactly. All this was done in under 45 mins. What a great turn around. They were extremely responsive and competitive priced. Will 1000% use them again in the future. Thank you for the great work!"See more
