Loved the training and education along with it. I'm an experienced athlete but as I found out, there's always room to improve. I've been weight training for years but felt like I was stuck these last few years. Amazing what an outside perspective can do for you. We made some adjustments to my technique, added and subtracted a couple things from my program and the rest is history. Manuk has a has traditional way of coaching and he really has you focus on the lifts and movements that will give you the most bang for your buck. Plus, his Instagram posts and videos were awesome!! Learned a lot throughout the training and I'm hungry to learn more. Turns out, you don't need to over complicate things. You just need to work on improving on your big movements along with some diet \ nutrition adjustments. who knew lol. Overall, great experience and I love the results.

Manuk and I got started training and I had no idea what to expect. I had worked out in the past but always seemed to lose motivation from lack of results. We went through a lot of movements (A LOT). Manuk made corrections on my form and gave me advice on how to feel the muscles we're working. After all, what's the point if you're not feeling the muscle you work?? I'm loving the training, the results and everything in between. Manuk is always there. I'm always asking for diet and nutrition advice and he's really good about being available. One thing i love, he helps me with how to eat and stay on track while I'm out with friends or out the road for work. Thanks for everything, Manuk. I'm looking forward to seeing how much more I progress.

Hey Manuk! Thanks for all your help before my wedding. I went by Manuk 6 months before my wedding and loved his training techniques and nutritional guidance. I got great result. I haven't been back since after the wedding but starting training again soon. Put on some first year marriage weight 😩 See you soon Manuk!

Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer packages based on the amount of sessions customers do per week. I am open to discounts and negotiations. In order to best serve my clients needs and assess everyone on an individual basis, no pricing or negotiations are offered online. I want to take the time to get to know my clients and what fits their schedules, lifestyle and goals best. Unfortunately, this cannot be done online. I would love the opportunity to sit down and get to know each client because we're all unique n our own way.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first meeting with a client will be a fitness consultation. We will discuss what your fitness goals are and what is going to be the best approach to reaching those goals ASAP. Also, we will talk about what fitness level the client is currently and what their medical history is to identify if he/she is healthy enough to participate in a fitness program. After the consultation we will discuss the necessary approach as far as program, frequency, diet and any other necessary lifestyle/ habit changes that we'll need to implement in order to reach the clients goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    -5 years of service in the United States Marine Crops with two overseas deployments to Iraq -Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University -Certified Personal trainer from the National Counsel on Strength and Fitness -Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine
