If I could give more than five stars I would. I have relied on Nadine's expertise in both the buying and selling of multiple properties as well as managing and leasing of my condos. Nadine proved to by a tireless champion in the home buying process. She is excellent at finding good deals for me and has saved me money through her negotiating skills. When selling she has been able to quickly find a buyer and get top dollar pushing the limits of the market value. She has helped me through the process of renovation and has even used an eye for interior design to stage my home for resale. Yes I take classes on a weekly basis. On of my partners Lara is the one of the top trainers for Keller Williams Realty
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I was growing up I had an affinity for architecture and design. It took me a bit to realize Real Estate would be my passion.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I've had some clients who have needed to view more than a couple of properties and they always apologize for not choosing faster and I wish they wouldn't feel bad because sometimes it takes touring 50-100 places to find what works for them. Personally I understand that and I am very patient; I prefer they wait and are happy with their purchase.
