There are a lot of people who are trying to break into this industry due to the economy and are providing poor quality entertainment and simplistic balloon art. They may arrive at your party disheveled or not show up at all. Hiring businesses that have made it past the 5-year critical stage will help avoid these 'fly-by-night' non-professionals.
