FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For training, I offer 1-on-1s, private small groups, and hybrid packages where we start with just the two of us and move into groups once we've established a sense of confidence in your movement. 1-on-1s start by the hour and are discounted with a time commitment, and small groups are charged monthly. For nutrition, I work with individuals with a thorough initial assessment typically lasting an hour. From there, it depends on how much contact and accountability is needed, but we follow a monthly payment structure. Pricing is determined by by how many check-ins per month (typically 4-8) with messaging in-between check-ins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll sit down and have an in-depth conversation about what you've tried, what you'd like from our time together, and what makes most sense for us to get there. As we start working together, the process looks different for everyone, but the first few sessions will be very iterative as we hone in on how your body responds and our dynamic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with the best in the world, including 3D Muscle Journey and the Chinese weightlifting team at Shandong Sports University. My research teams in nutritional science at Stanford University and science education at San Francisco State University have also taught me a great deal. And as an internationally recognized weightlifting coach, I get to exchange ideas with my counterparts from other countries and teams.
