I loved working out with Maddison. I told her my goals and weaknesses. She took into my account my weak back and tailored each workout to be safe but effective. She even created workout routines that I should do when I don’t see her. At the end of each week she checked up on me to see if I was on track with my goal. At the end, I lost 10 pounds and now I am able to see my ab muscles!

Madison has taken me from a whatever bod to hot bod in almost just 3 months now (3x/wk sessions). I'm almost 50yrs old and coming up on being as fit, actually more fit, than possibly ever. Madison tailors her workouts for me, meticulously adapting and progressing/intensifying very smoothly. She has an excellent sense of exactly what you need and what you can do, pushing it a little further and further almost without you knowing it, until you all of a sudden see a photo of yourself at the beach with defined arms! She's never asks me to get any specific equipment. She just designs my workout around what I have already. The workouts have inspired me to beef up my home gym anyway, though. She's very encouraging and can tell I respond to positive reinforcement -- so I get a trainer and cheerleader all in one. I have a bad back (scoliosis) and Madison knows just the exercises needed to help with it. It's working, too. She has never missed any of our sessions and always comes prepared and with positive energy. She is able to keep good track of time and knows how to run the session as planned. I requested workouts for the days off and she gives me those, too, making sure they fall properly within the sequence needed to not burn out any given part of the body.

Madison is an amazing and dedicated personal trainer who goes the extra mile to make sure her clients meet their fitness goals. She taught me so much about proper form and safety. She is also really funny and makes the workouts fun :) I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get fit!
