I know what it takes to get results because I have been there. I've lost 170lbs. with exercise and proper nutrition. I am living proof that with consistency, commitment and patience...anything is possible. I train and teach my clients how to exercise smarter and not harder to get the results they want. My training programs shape and sculpt your body while you lose weight, increase strength, improve muscle tone, firmness and endurance. I design a program with workouts specifically for you based on your current condition and goals that will evolve with you as you progress in the program by getting fitter, leaner, and stronger. I can bring my own equipment and train you out of the comfort of your home/apartment gym/park. I utilize a variety of training styles and equipment to give you the best all-around workout and experience. Bodyweight training HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Strength training (weights) Interval Training Boot Camp Style Metabolic Workouts TRX Kettlebells Medicine Balls I also give nutrition coaching. I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals and accomplishing things they never thought they would be able to do.

Sandra is an incredible personal trainer. I have been training with her for a month now and I am already noticing improved stamina, better form, motivated to workout. She tries to achieve a great balance of maximizing results without causing injury. She focusses a lot on delivering proper form. Sandra understands exactly what I need to do and provides me with tailor-made exercises that fit my level -they are not easy, because they shouldn't be. Each exercise challenges my limit and makes me feel proud! She ensures that workouts target areas that are important for good general health (i.e., legs, back, core). Overall great person, great attitude, a very knowledgeable trainer. Would highly recommend her.

I am really glad I was able to find Sandra. I have been training with her for 2 months now and I can definitely feel myself getting stronger and fitter. She also gives dietary advice and workout advice on days she doesn't train me. She motivates me to take up more activities on the other days and is also flexible with her timings.
