- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and clear — no surprise fees. I offer package discounts when booking multiple services together, and I’m currently giving an exclusive deal to my first 10 Thumbtack customers. Every estimate includes materials, labor, and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a brief description of the job or a few photos. Then, I provide a free estimate and let the customer know if any site visit is needed. Once approved, I schedule the job and show up on time, with all the tools and protection needed. I walk the client through the final result and only finish when they’re 100% happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained on the job by experienced professionals in a local company. I’ve worked on hundreds of homes throughout the Bay Area and learned how to adapt to different surfaces, materials, and safety challenges. My focus is not just on cleaning, but on preserving property value.
