Douglas is a nice guy, very professional and has good work ethic. He was prompt from the initial quote to the task completion. He puts extra effort in pressure washing wherever needed, the final result we loved it. Also the windowcleaning was done nicely. We were glad to pick Douglas for our pressure wash n windowcleaning, looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Douglas and his co-worker did an amazing job cleaning 15 windows (inside and out) as well as the screens and the tracks in between. They were careful, efficient and thorough in all aspects of the job. We are very pleased with the outcome!

Hired GrandoFix for soft washing my house and windowcleaning, and the results are fantastic. My home looks brand new — all the built-up grime and stains are gone, and the windows are spotless. The crew was professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. Scheduling was easy and communication was great throughout. My wife and I recently hired GandolFix Home Solutions to clean our windows (plus screens and tracks) and they did a fantastic job, to the point we now barely recognize our home! We own an Eichler in Sunnyvale, with lots of huge wall-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors, but Douglas (the owner) and Raphael worked wonders; Douglas came back the next day to finish by himself and stayed until everything was crystal-clear. We also added more items to be cleaned as he was here, such as windows we are forgotten about when submitting our initial quote request, 3 sets of closet mirror sliding doors (two of the sets took a while as they had paint splatter on them, and he had to use a scrapper before actually cleaning), and 2 shower glass enclosures. He had no issue working on these and gave us a great price for everything combined, which we really appreciated. Douglas was very communicative via text messages and gave us precise ETAs on both days, and showed up when he said he would - also very important to us. As a person he's very enthusiastic and positive about his job, always smiling, polite and just very meticulous and professional; with him every little detail counts (and I am the same!). We will definitely use his services again, thank you Douglas!

My pricing is competitive and clear — no surprise fees. I offer package discounts when booking multiple services together. Every estimate includes materials, labor, and cleanup.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a brief description of the job or a few photos. Then, I provide a free estimate and let the customer know if any site visit is needed. Once approved, I schedule the job and show up on time, with all the tools and protection needed. I walk the client through the final result and only finish when they’re 100% happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained on the job by experienced professionals in a local company. I’ve worked on hundreds of homes throughout the Bay Area and learned how to adapt to different surfaces, materials, and safety challenges. My focus is not just on cleaning, but on preserving property value.
