Introduction: I am a real estate broker who assists qualified folks in buying or selling real estate. I mainly work in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County. I list for 4% total which saves sellers an automatic 2%, and it is full service. I'm with you every step of the way. For buyers, I offer full service with previewing and showing, or I offer money back when you find the property on your own and are pre-approved. I just write the offer, and then follow through on the escrow process. On lower-priced properties, I keep $5,000 and then share the remainder with the buyer. I also am a Feng Shui consultant and master dowser, so I offer that service as a gift to my sellers and buyers. To my sellers, I make sure the house is cleared of all negative energies to promote an easy and profitable sale, and to the buyers, for the house to be clear of all negative energies that may affect them adversely in any way.
