DNE ApplianceRepair was very responsive and offered compensation after the part was on back order and then eventually stopped being manufactured. DNE Appliance went out of their way to help figure out a solution to my issue and were remorseful about the inconvenience which is all you can ask for when it comes to great customer service. Thanks!

I contacted three repairmen. They all came up with the same cause, but this one also checked the main control board and said there was a fifty percent chance they it was bad too. This convinced me to but a new washer.
This amazing thing is that he advised me to buy a part online and try the repair myself before deciding to buy a new machine. Now that's good professional advice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would need to come out to diagnose the problem properly we do not want to misquote or mislead our clients in anyway and for that reason we come out to your home and do the proper work that is needed

All of our field engineers have 10+ years of experience they are all College/university graduated and very capable of doing the job right
