- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our pricing , our goal is to build a relationship and not a one shot deal. We will make sure to make you happy with the pricing and work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would need to come out to diagnose the problem properly we do not want to misquote or mislead our clients in anyway and for that reason we come out to your home and do the proper work that is needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field engineers have 10+ years of experience they are all College/university graduated and very capable of doing the job right
