Transparent Pricing: All prices are clearly listed upfront with no hidden fees. Discounts Available: We offer discounts on all jobs as well as returning customers, referrals. Ask about our current deals! Deposit Policy: 10% or less deposit may be required to confirm your project. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cash, etc. Taxes: Sales tax is included o all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry Listen and gather information: Type of roof, problem or goal, budget, timeframe. Set expectations: Explain what will happen next and how long each step usually takes. 2. On-Site Inspection & Assessment Visual & physical inspection: Check for damage, leaks, ventilation issues, and wear. Document findings: notes for transparency. Proposal & Estimate Detailed written quote: Includes scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, warranties, and payment terms. Options & upgrades: Show different material grades or styles. Answer all questions: Make sure the customer fully understands before committing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education & Training Related to Roofing Work Manufacturer Certifications: Training from shingle, flat, or tile roofing manufacturers ( Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, GAF Master Elite®, CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster™) to ensure installations meet warranty requirements. OSHA Safety Training: Certified in fall protection, ladder safety, and job site hazard prevention. State and Local Licensing: Meets or exceeds all state and municipal requirements for roofing contractors. Continuing Education: Annual updates on new roofing technologies, installation techniques, and building codes. Specialized Skills Training: Courses in leak detection, ventilation systems, insulation integration, and storm-damage assessment.
