I appreciate Matt from 9 Lives Appliance coming by and giving me the truth about the work that needed to be done on my washer. I Had 2 other technicians come out and do repairs on my washing machine and both times they did not fix the issue. Matt came out and did a few tests and gave me a detailed answer and quote. I decided not to go through with the repair and Matt gave me some great options on what I can get so that this same thing doesn't happen in a few years. Thank you Matt and 9 lives Appliance. If you want your work done right the first time 9 Lives Appliance is your company!

Matt was a great Tech! He was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my dryer. He even had the part that we needed in his car! He gave me a great lesson on preventative maintenance so that something like that doesn't happen again. He was very reasonable with his pricing for the total repair and he even threw in some cleaning and lubrication services for free.

Thank you for fixing my Microwave! Matt gave me a 30 minute courtesy call before he arrived and got there right on time. He found out the issue so fast and gave me an estimate right there and had the parts with him so I went through with the repair since it was a reasonable price. He took it apart and had it back together and working in less than an hour! Very impressed! Thanks again Matt!
