Introduction: I've been in the construction industry for 25+ years. I've been licensed as a general contractor since 2003. My history is primarily in rough framing and room additions, but my trade skills also include plumbing, electrical, drywall installation and repair, casework, door trim, baseboard, crown molding, door and window installations, roofing, etc. Over the years, I've managed to network myself with select, quality individuals holding specialty licenses in these and other trades which have proven useful in the event that the scope or timing constraints of a project makes it difficult to satisfactorily complete on my own. Lately, I've been doing a combination of renovations and repairs for real estate investors, as well as room additions and basic remodel work for residential homeowners. I've lived and worked in the Temecula Valley since 1989 and can provide multiple references upon request. I'm a family man, have been married for 23 years and have one daughter.
