Joel responded very quickly to my request for an entire home plumbing inspection that was required by my insurance company. He was very thorough and spent time to evaluate and answer their questions. Throughout the entire inspection he also provided me with some information on possible improvements and even did some minor adjustments not part of the insurance questionnaire. I'm certified member of the InterNach organization of home inspectors where I am currently identified in over 20 certifications within a Residential and Commercial inspection category. My background is in building, remodeling and project managing form conseption to completion for over 22 years
