Mark, I'm sorry I haven't been able to get out there last week. I know you really wanted the remainder of the bees gone. Unfortunately my family and I have had the displeasure of being without electricity, hot water, phone, and internet for most of last week. However, that problem has now been solved and I am now able to give you my full attention. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. If the bees would have been at all aggressive or in any type of emergency situation I would have been there or sent a fellow bee man. Also it is better to wait at least a week to make sure the bees are kick starting the hive or new bees have arrived. Patience when dealing with docile bees is a necessity. And, your bees were very docile. I have been recalled to the job numerous times because there are a few bees flying around. Sorry I had something a little more important going on when you snapped your fingers three days after I was at the job. I specifically asked you to wait a week and if you still have activity to call me. I have been working with bees for twenty years now and rarely have a call back. I also appreciate you calling the BBB since my phone was down for four days, that was a class act. "Eddie would go"
