How did you get started doing this type of work?
Baking was something my grandmother and my mom did, especially around the holidays. I have fond memories of spending quality time with them in the kitchen, baking together. I carried holiday baking traditions on to my children, took numerous classes to fine tune some of my skills and continued baking year round.
