Introduction: Thank you for visiting my profile! Original California girl here who spent 2 years out of state in Oklahoma. I was born in Costa Mesa, grew up in Laguna Hills, moved to East LA for high school and San Diego for college. Go Aztecs! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bundle and package discounts available. Inquire for more info. I offer military and teacher discounts. If traveling outside of the Temecula area, I do charge a nominal travel fee depending on mileage to the final destination. When booking Yoga Soirees, I require a non-refundable deposit that secures your requested date. That amount goes towards the balance of your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before officially booking a session with me, we will have a short consultation over the phone to discuss goals and see if we are the right fit for each other. During this conversation we go through your background history to include any medications you are taking, injuries or pain you are experiencing and prior yoga experience. I send out a proposal via email and if you accept it, we can go on our way to booking sessions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary focus is Alignment Vinyasa flow inspired by Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. 500 Hours registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (Adult & Children) Turbo Kick Boxing LIVE Certification Silver Sneakers Classic - BOOM Muscle - Chair Yoga Certification
