- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour is my standard rate. Larger projects can be bid on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As professional as if you called a big company from the yellow pages, however I am usually quite busy and have to schedule my work sometimes 3 days in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Journeyman Plumber. Certified confined space entry and rescue. Certified pool operator. Licensed L.A. county steam operator and boiler mechanic.
