The owner came to our home later in the day to check it out. After providing us with his plan and his quote which was very reasonable, we decided to move forward. The owner came back on a daily basis to check everything out until he eradicated the nest entirely. So far so good! Although with all of the rats that reside with in our area, time will tell when the next family decides to move in. If and here that happens, we will certainly contact green rodent again.
