I have worked with Jason and his staff for over fifteen years of great service. One computer problem that I had stands out above all others.
At all times In my business we use a very sophisticated computer laser operated device that is manufactured in Israel. I contacted the company in Israel when the Megascope failed to calibrate correctly. After they logged in and tried to fix the issue, they basically told me that I would have to send the machine back to Israel to have it fixed.
I called Jason who came over the next day, after reading the manual and finding the problem, he put a conference call through to the manufacturer in Israel and the representative in New York. After much discussion, he told them what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. The representative in New York sent the new hardware overnight which Jason installed.
That was six years ago and we haven't had a problem since.
