Jessie is polite and professional. She considers my needs when creating her session plans, and is quick to adjust her plans when I am having pain. She pays close attention and will offer specific feedback to ensure I am using proper form. She is sincerely encouraging and appears to care about her clients. I highly recommend her as an athletic or personal trainer.

Jessie is amazing! I was nervous to start training but she was super friendly and easy to work with. She really listened to me and created workouts that were perfect for my specific needs (injuries). She really goes above and beyond by recommending nutritional strategies as well. I was able to meet my goals and feel so much stronger!
