We are very disappointed by these reviews, especially since the facts tell a different story. As soon as you notified us of an issue, we offered to return and fix it at no cost, exactly as our warranty states. Your photos and video clearly show the leak is coming from the skylight, which we originally recommended replacing. Even so, we are still willing to service that area free of charge. It should also be noted that the two negative reviews were posted by the same household — Arash K and Shiva, who created a Yelp account specifically to target our family-owned business. Instead of allowing us to help, you threatened us, demanded money, and then told us not to enter your property, which prevents any legitimate repair. We are sharing all documentation, photos, and messages to show the full truth. We stand by our work, our warranty, and our reputation.
