Hector did an excellent job and was very professional and easy to work with as well. My job was a difficult one: an older home with thick wool wall-to-wall carpeting. In addition the carpets hadn’t been cleaned for well over a decade, and some areas had become heavily stained. Another service declined to take the job because they did not believe their approach would give good results. Hector assured me that he could take it on, and the results show he was right. Most of the carpet looks like new, which I did not think was possible, and even the most heavily soiled areas look so much better. He was also a pleasure to work with, arrived right on time, and even took the extra time to go over some of the highest traffic areas a second time. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend his service to anyone who needs to get their carpets cleaned.

Hector was GREAT! He arrived on time, very friendly, and efficient. He cleaned the carpet of 2 bedrooms, a short hallway, 2 flights of stairs, a sectional couch, and a rug ALL WITHIN 2.5 HOURS!!! Hector’s services completely restored my carpet, couch, and rug. Everything was completely dry in a little over 24 hours. I will definitely be using him again and referring him!!!
