Danny is amazing. I had an issue with my printer. I asked for assistance, he got back to me within minutes. We talked on the phone, where I gave him all of my printer information. Within an hour, he was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a fix. My printer is working now and I’m so thankful!! Thanks Danny!!

Soon after contacting Danny Cruz, we worked out an excellent arrangement for drop-off/pick-up of my HP CP2025dn printer--over 14 yrs old. I was not sure it was even reparable. He began work on it immediately, found the problem to be the Formatter Board, and replaced it. The turnaround was just a couple of days. Price was very reasonable. He did everything you could possibly ask a superb technician to do--and more! Danny Cruz is the best I've ever dealt with and next time I need a laser printer repaired, I know I'll go to him. I'll also spread the word. It's really rare to find someone like Danny who is technically expert and competent and also fast, reasonably priced, and very easy to deal with.

Danny was first of all, very friendly and easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem quicky and needed to take the printer with him to repair. He finished a few days (before!) I expected and he helped with additional small items (cleaning the printer, fixing a broken tray) at no extra cost and without being asked. I would definitely use him again.
