I didn't particularly have an issue that needed immediate attention, but Danny was quick to contact me and had a good idea of what was causing my paper jam. He offer to come to by my house that day, but I happened to be in his area and dropped it off. He had it ready later that day and I felt his price was very fair for the service he provided. I would recommend Danny and will be using him in the future. If it matters I have an HP LaserJet 1320 BW printer.
