My name is Darlene and I had problems with my HP Officejet Pro8715 with the new cartridges I installed. I had purchased new replacements and they were backordered for several weeks. I tried several times cleaning and deep cleaning the printheads and had problems with the magenta cartridge, it would not print. After several attempts to get the magenta to work, I decided to seek help. I went to Thumb Tack and read 1 review and that was Danny Cruz. I contacted him and left a message detailing what my problem was. He said he was very familiar with the HP’s. I gave him my location and availability for him to come and look at my printer. With in ten minutes, we confirmed a date and time. The appoint was today at 11:00 am. I gave him my location information and he was here at 11:00am, impressive. Danny looked at my printer did some of his own testing with the cartridge and printer and fixed it. I just have to get a new cartridge and now I’m able to print. He also requested for me to follow up with him after I got my new cartridge. Danny is consummate professional! I would recommend him 1,000%. It is rare to find and independent professional and he exceeded expectations. He fee is also very reasonable priced. Thank you, Danny!
