Introduction
My name is Karolina and I founder of Bay Laurel Decor.
We do full Event Planning or only partial service. We help to set up a tabletop for any events: weddings, dinner, anniversary, birthday or your special occasion.
If you need to assist you to find floral arrangement, catering, balloons, DJ’s, photographer or any musician, or other vendors we are here to help you.
For a table designing we provide everything you need for the event, including tableware, glassware, linens, dinner napkins, silverware, and serving pieces. Our team handled the full setup before the event and ensured a seamless cleanup afterward.
Serving LA and OC counties, I’m committed to exceeding expectations and making every occasion extraordinary.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and everything was done in Italian style. Karolina was incredibly creative, easy to communicate with, and attentive to every detail.
She helped us find catering and music.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with BayLaurel and Karolina! She created the most beautiful Italian-inspired picnic setup.
Every detail was thoughtfully done — from the vibrant lemons and blue hydrangeas to the elegant candles and perfectly styled table settings with yellow napkins. It was chic, fresh, and so inviting.
Our guests were blown away, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re looking to make your event extra special and full of charm, I highly recommend BayLaurel!

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday with a big group of friends, and I couldn’t be happier that I hired Bay Laurel Decor to help set everything up. The decorations were absolutely beautiful… they completely transformed the space and made the whole vibe feel elevated and special.
Huge shoutout to Carol! She was amazing to work with! Super responsive, and just got the vision right away. Everyone kept asking me who did the setup, especially the table decor — it looked incredible.
