Chris responded to my emergency request in 5 mins and helped me to fix the problem (replacing battery for a smoke detector on a high ceiling) in 40 mins on a Sunday night!! He called before the arrival to provide estimated arrival time and sent me pictures to explain the root cause (low quality battery) after the repair. His service is excellent!
