I offer standard cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/out cleanings, and customized services depending on each client's needs. I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for recurring services, referrals, veterans, and first responders. My goal is to provide reliable, detail-oriented cleaning at a fair and reasonable price while making every client feel comfortable and cared for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🎯I like to start by learning what the client is looking for and what areas they’d like me to focus on. I usually ask a few questions about the space, the type of cleaning needed, and any special requests so I can give an accurate estimate and make sure expectations are clear. Once we schedule the cleaning, I arrive prepared and focus on providing detailed, reliable service while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I always try to communicate clearly and make sure my clients feel comfortable and happy with the results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this company because I’ve worked in environments where cleanliness and sanitation truly matter. At a young age, I worked in a postpartum clinic, restaurants, and a Korean spa for men and women, and those experiences taught me how important it is for people to feel clean, safe, and comfortable in the spaces they spend time in. Over time, I realized there’s a real need in our communities for trustworthy, detail-oriented cleaning services. I started KindKeepCo not only because I enjoy helping people feel better in their homes and businesses, but also because I want to build something meaningful for my future and leave a legacy for my daughter ♥️
