About
I am very well versed in the human body and movement. I specialize in exercise programming to help injury recovery, weight loss, and muscle gain. I have helped lots of people get over many aches and pains of daily living, injuries, and stiff muscles. In addition, I am there to provide support and accountability. Having started my career at Equinox and excelling in their educational program, I feel that I have become a better trainer than I could have hoped for. I love helping people one on one. I want to see people succeed in achieving their goals to live a happy and healthy life. I gave up a 6 figure career in finance to make a difference in people's lives. That is far more rewarding than any financial compensation.

Elizabeth is a wonderful trainer and highly passionate about what she does. She trains you on a highly individual basis depending on your strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals. Having experienced a back injury first hand, she has dedicated her practice to correctives, perfect form, gaining strength back, and preventing injury. Beth is highly motivating and you can tell that she loves what she does. She makes fitness fun and always challenges you. Beth believes exercise and nutrition are natures best medicine and also emphasizes balance with everything in moderation. Highly recommended!

I love Beth! I talked to a few personal trainers when I started looking, and Beth immediately stood out heads above all the others. Beth did a physical assessment and then took the time to find out about me, my issues, my goals and needs. I have back issues, a bad hip - Beth created a plan specifically for me. I also have an issue with consistency - Beth understands and helps me - now I may miss a workout here or there - but I get right back on the wagon because Beth is there ready to help motivate me again. Which is great because I have gone years between work outs!!! I am so glad I met Beth and know that as a team I will meet my goals to strengthen my core and be fit and active as I move into my 60's. I highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for an experienced personal trainer - she is the best!

Beth is a wonderful personal trainer! I had the pleasure of working with her for about a year. She is very knowledgable and truly cares about the well being and long term success of her clients. We'd still be working together if she hadn't moved to the other side of town. We will definitely work together again in the future!

Beth is an amazing trainer who really listens to her client, and tailors her plan to their body/needs/goals. She is super motivating. Plus, she is a fun person to spend time with! I highly recommend Beth!
