First, I do not write reviews. If the professional did their job , I say thank you and a few comments and be done. This was not the case with Mark Marabate.
I hired Mark to cover my mom’s funeral. The service began at 9am, Mark was there at 7:30am, accessing his new assignment. When we arrived at 8:16am, he was already calling me alerting me he had arrived. We spoke five days before the event, and he laid out every detail, walkthrough and process. He sounded very confident, professional, and HONEST! Like I said, I was preparing for the funeral and didn’t really listen to everything he said.
The day of: he reiterated that he would be out of view of people and wouldn’t be annoying to them.
When the family reviewed the event nothey couldn’t understand how Mark, was able to take so much footage of the service without anyone noticing. They kept saying, “I didn’t see him. Where was he”. “This is fantastic!” “Now we have a video of Mom, it’s so beautiful and professional”. For This reason I would highly recommend Mark, again and again! Therefore, if you are looking to hire a PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER, look no more; Mr. Mark Marabate is that professional person.

Thank you to Mark from Marabate Studios for covering our son Ryan’s Bar Mitzvah. Mark was easy to communicate with, punctual, professional and did a great job as our videographer. In addition, Mark created a beautiful DVD of the event. I would highly recommended Mark if you are looking for a videographer. 😆

Just got my video from the wedding. And I can't say enough. Mark was on time showed up and did an amazing job and brought another person with him to help. Seriously worth every penny. He made me a teaser video, a video about 30 to 40 mins long and give me all the raw footage. Mark you did so great we are so happy and I can't believe you got me all this in less then 3 weeks. Dennis and I were up last night for a few hours and watched everything. I'm so glad we found you chose you. Seriously felt like we were reliving the whole wedding again. Your price was great and you were so great with everyone. I would recommend you over and over again to everyone that is looking for a videographer. Thank you so much again for everything.

I wish we could select more than 3 qualities from the options here, because Mark hit every mark on our list of the ideal vendor! From the first contact on Thumbtack, I knew that he was our videographer.
I spoke with couple of vendors on Thumbtack before Mark reached out to me for a project I had posted, and there was a night and day difference between his professionalism, responsiveness, and understanding of our requests and the other vendors. We had a budget set for this project and he was very understanding and 100% worked with us to stay on our budget.
We hired Mark to capture our son's Baptism, and although there was a language difference with our Armenian Church and culture, he was still able to capture everything and edited the video flawlessly to include the ceremony and the testimonials from the guests, which were all in Armenian and not a language that he was familiar with.
I only wish that I had known Mark 2 years ago, so he could take our wedding video, but I'm glad that we found him for this project, because he is going to be our family's videographer for all our future events!
I will 100% recommend Marabate Studios to everyone I know! Thank you again Mark!
