Introduction
I am very passionate about my service. I do not believe in "good enough" work, and I strive to do my very best at each event I handle. I pay attention to details. I am a professional and hardworking.
Most recently, I worked with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra as their Caterer and Event Planner. The Orchestra was in New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall. I assisted them with not only their food for lunch and dinner but also their hotel room accommodations and rehearsals space. They were very happy with my services that I now have 2 additional events coming up that was recommended by this group.
I am a Hospitality Sales Manager with a back ground in Convention Planning. Now entering the Events Planning side. I just enjoy everything about this business, from the invitations to designing, planning and organizing. I just love it and it shows in my work.

Was trying to plan a party in New York from California. I wasn't familiar with any of the places anymore so I had Ernestine help me with the planning. She picked a really great place that everyone enjoyed. I didn't have to do any work but show up. It was a great party. Will Definitely have her plan more events for me.

We hired Ernestine to plan a birthday dinner celebration for our April celebrants and couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out! She listened to each and every one of the 3 celebrants' varied wants and needs (not too loud, poppin but not party central, good food with fancy cocktails, no youngins, etc.) and met them all outstandingly. We definitely won't think twice to hire her again for our next event and neither should you-she makes planning a party fun again by letting you think up the fun stuff and taking the actual work that goes into it off your hands and making it happen- like a fairy godmother for your party planning needs!

Ernestine is a one-woman team and she can do anything!!! She was the calligrapher, coordinator, stylist, emcee, pep talker and the person who made my wedding as beautiful as I imagined it to be. She solves problems and thinks outside the box. I wouldn't want to go through the stress of planning another wedding, but if that meant that I'd get to have the pleasure of seeing Ernestine in action, I'd do it all over again.

As soon as I spoke to Ernestine I felt at ease about planning the party. She was knowledgeable, she recommended and planned the entire evening for me and my girlfriends.
I had booked a hotel room before speaking to her and wanted all of us girls (8 total) to meet at the hotel and have a pre-party drinks and snacks. The room was small and lacked a desk. As soon as she arrived, she didn't hassle with the small space she was given and instead transformed the room to a small bar. She had snacks on one side, drinks (wine and sangria) on one side. Then she had placed my suitcase on the rack, covered it with a table cloth and placed all the favors and games on it. You would think it was a nice decorated table!!!
I love working with her. She was so creative. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know!
