Shaban was quick to reply to my service request and showed up on the same day. He diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain what the issue was. The part needed wasn’t something you can find at Home Depot, but he still went and looked and came back to make a temporary fix. He returned to complete the repair the soonest he could after getting the part express shipped, and I am pleased with the outcome. Shaban and his assistant were great to work with.

I had new kitchen countertops installed on the same day,the installers were behind schedule and Shaban waited patiently for them to complete their work before he could install a new faucet and reroute the plumbing to my new disposable.
