The day I got in touch with him was the day he came out and fixed the faucets in my bathtub. He explained what he was doing, fixed the problem and was very nice to work with. Well pleased with the outcome and I’m sure I’ll call him again if I need plumbing work

Prompt and professional work. I had an issue with my shower cartridge which caused the water to not stop and I had to shut off the water to the house. Shaban took care of it by replacing and fixing it within an hour of my call. I also appreciate that my concerns for other issues were very patiently answered.

Great guy and first plumber who listened to my “research material” about the issue I had without dismissing me and I really appreciate that. Great work ethic and keeps things super clean throughout the process. If I had to trust someone with a job and not have to keep following up on then he would be the person I call again. I really appreciate him working with me on the price as well and doing a full inspection of my water system by going into the crawl space before taking my opinions into account and providing fantastic service.
