On JD's first visit, he diagnosed the problem very quickly, and explained how the repair cost when compared to the cost of a new appliance, would not be a viable choice. The cost of the diagnosis was very reasonable. The next day, the refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen floor. We called JD and he said he was coming towards Modesto, and he would stop by our house. When he got here, he capped off the water the water at the wall with no cost to us. JD is an honest,knowledgeable, and caring tech. We would call JD for any appliance question. William and Carol Forrest

We were able to make a same-day appointment. The tech arrived early in the timeframe given. He was knowledgeable, professional and detected the problem. He offered a temporary solution as well as a replacement solution with a reasonable estimate. We were very satisfied with the overall experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic/Service Fee - $59 Minor Repairs - $129 + Parts Major Repairs - $219 + Parts Diagnostic Fee is FREE with any Repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a $59 Diagnostic/Service Fee. The fee covers a Factory trained Technician to come out to your place of residence or business and diagnose your broken appliance. Upon Diagnosis our Technician will provide you with an estimate for the repairs. If estimate is approved by customer, the Diagnostic fee is waived. Minor Repairs - $129+ Parts Major Repairs - $229+ Parts
