- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know your vision, style, and must-haves for your event. From there, I create a custom design proposal with ideas, color palettes, and décor elements tailored to you. Once we finalize the design, I handle all the details — from sourcing premium materials to delivery, setup, and styling — so you can focus on enjoying your special day
