He had to delay his appointment time, but informed me each step. He was focused, courteous, and helped guide me thru the exact issue and resolved it. I would specifically request this tech again.

We had a big problem that we could not solve with the computers. He reached out to me and I called him and explained my issues. He was able to come to our office the next morning. He worked for five hours to resolve the major issue and also took care of some minor ones as well. I will definitely use his services again.

I called because I was having trouble setting up my MacBook Air with two displays. I was called back within a couple of hours. Ahmed arrived, assessed the configuration I was trying to achieve and he immediately went to work. He successfully implemented what I wanted and in fact gave me an additional capability. Very impressive job. I couldn’t be more pleased!! I truly with that all service providers delivered the level of support that I received.

What to say about someone you hire to do a job. He fixed my problem+ was willing to tackle another issue. A man of few words but he spoke the right ones, “OK it’s ready”. Music to my ear. I would hire him again. Why waste time looking????

Ahmed was timely, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working properly, asked what functions I performed most frequently on the computer, and made sure I was thoroughly familiar with those functions before he left.
