- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We contact customer within 24 hours to work out the details of their furniture requirements and set up a mutually agreed upon date & time for service 2. Confirmation of appointment with the customer one day before the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our furniture professionals have over 25 years of furniture repair experience from some of the largest furniture companies in the United States.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The last job we did was the reupholstery of four high end chairs and all 13 cushions on a sofa. The customer chose the perfect colors and despite the 2k+ nail heads that we had to install, which was VERY time consuming the overall results were amazing. The customer was so happy with our work that she gave us a five star review and a $100 bonus/tip!! Greatest customer ever 😊
