We had an amazing Saturday trip to Napa thanks to the exceptional service from our partybus team. The driver was punctual, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and relaxed. Harry was very responsive and kind, but the bus itself left a lot to be desired. Several lights didn't work, the bluetooth was somewhat difficult to connect to and kept dropping, the bar area was pretty beat up. The driver was nice, but we felt the flip flops and spaghetti strap top was unprofessional. She was also 30 minutes late for pick up. I did order the partybus last minute (1 day prior to the event) and was happy we could be accommodated, I likely wouldn't go through this company again.

Harry was an absolute charm. He picked up (and returned!) us as a group of corporate folks, all of whom turned out to be raging wine-o's...for a full day. We tasted at several wineries and he got us up even the smallest hilly streets! It was a grand time! He was prompt, responsive, honest. The limo was shined and pristine, with fully stalked mini bar. Clean glasses and all. He mapped out all of our tastings and allowed us to order sandwiches at the local market. We utilized the aux sound system and an iPhone charger too. A lady forgot her sunglasses and purse, Harry returned them before we found out! We also kept him for an extra ride to the farmers market - he was really great about it. Thank you! Would highly recommend.
