Harry was very responsive and kind, but the bus itself left a lot to be desired. Several lights didn't work, the bluetooth was somewhat difficult to connect to and kept dropping, the bar area was pretty beat up. The driver was nice, but we felt the flip flops and spaghetti strap top was unprofessional. She was also 30 minutes late for pick up. I did order the party bus last minute (1 day prior to the event) and was happy we could be accommodated, I likely wouldn't go through this company again.
