I began my journey in this field at the age of 17, and since then, I have dedicated myself to becoming the best trainer possible.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Manjot and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health and fitness. From the first session, I knew that I was in great hands.
Not only is Manjot extremely knowledgeable and experienced in fitness and nutrition, but he is also incredibly supportive and motivational. He listened carefully to my fitness goals and helped me create a customized workout plan that was challenging, yet achievable.
Every session was different and kept me engaged, which was a great way to stay on track and not get bored with the same routine. Manjot pushed me to do my best, but also made sure that I didn't overdo it and risk injury.

I trained with Manjot for the few days I had available and I enjoyed the training. It was the first time I’ve had a personal trainer and he made sure to explain how to use gym equipment and demonstrated exercises before having me do them.
