    Buyers: Interview your agent representing you. Any agent can look good on paper, but can he/she truly get the home for you? Your agent should specialize in negotiating and must be able to explain to you how he/she can write your offer so strong that you get the home you want the first time. It's not about the length of years an agent has been in business, it's about the quality of writing contracts that gets you into a home. If your agent has been in business 30 years and still practices real estate from 30 years ago you are in trouble. We are in a constant changing market and as a buyer you must be up to date with these changes. Sellers: Work with a team, not just a realtor. With a team you get multiple agents working for you.
