Julio was the working foreman of a contractor who replaced my concrete tile roof 4 years ago. Excellent work, responsive to all our needs. Concrete tiles are very brittle, especially when new. He replaced all tiles that cracked during the job. A few weeks ago, I hired him to maintain my rain gutters. Quality work again, cleaning the gutters, unplugging the down spouts, and caulking the joints. Yesterday's rain showed all down spouts are flowing and joint leaks are gone. Thank you Julio!
