Julio is wonderful to work with. He came at his earliest availability to provide an estimate which was very reasonable. While i thought i needed roofrepair, Julio was very informative in telling me that it was only a maintenance job which put my mind at ease. Further more, he set up proper appointment for the day of work and showed up on time. While working he found some extra minor repairs that were needed and came in a second day to complete them so that my roof is complete in 1 go. I would recommend.

After receiving my written estimate which I agreed on. The work began the following day after tearing down the portion of the roof other issues arose which they corrected at no additional cost which I found to be professional. The owner himself did a follow up inspection the following day. Pics were provided to me of the work. Great job great owner👍.

Our projects are fairly priced and all of our estimates are flexible. We offer professional business practices and use up to date technology to take and process payments. At RECO Roofing we have a transparent and simple communication process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a roof bid/ consultation based off an on-site visit, first we listen to your needs and concerns, take all the specs and history of the existing roof and its condition. Second, we bring all the details to the office, present the project to the owner or project manager and carefully put together a personalized bid that outlines all important project specifications and it's pricing. Third we present in-person the quote and answer any questions the customer may have. Lastly we go over the project steps and timeline outlining pre-work check list and project expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a CertainTeed Certified Contractor and have proven experience in the field servicing hundreds of homes and business for the past 20+ years. We have partnered with other leading commercial and residential companies in the bay such as PETERS & DEAN, SEMPER SOLARIS, SUNPOWER, SIERRA ROOFING, and many more.
