- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the complexity of the tax return or tax issue. By pricing on a case-by-case basis, we can ensure that customers receive a fair price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet with each new customer in person, phone or Skype to determine their needs. The work is then preformed and we meet again with the customer to finalize the documents. In many cases, the work is completed the same day.
