- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a call with the customer to get an idea of needs, budget and timeline. We offer a variety of menu options but can modify / create a menu based on dietary / special requests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owned a private event venue where I provided catering services and wine events. I started offering public cooking classes which expanded to private classes, corporate team building and wine pairing/blending events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From cooking classes, team building, summer camps and catering, I have worked with corporations, chambers, families, and kids. I've also provided cooking demos for country clubs, non profits, corporate wellness programs and community associations.
