So before you get to the review part, it asks you too select 3 of the 5 things the company is good at. Well Paul was not only good at them ALL including punctuality and responsiveness. My garbage disposal went out last night and I tried to get ahold of my normal plumber but he couldn't fit me in till Thursday and if you've ever had your garage disposal go out, you know, you can't wait because you can't use your sink at all since it will leak out the bottom. So I got on thumbtack at 7:30pm not having any expectations of getting it done tonight and Paul called right away and said he was going home to eat dinner and then he would come out tonight! I was literally jumping up and down and ready to do a cheer! He texted me when he was on his way and at the front door. He was so friendly, professional, super clean, fast affordable and just a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him for any job. I'm going to keep his number so I can offer him to my friend as well. Such a great, great family man. Thank you so much Paul for saving us from another day of not being able to eat! You are just an absolute pro!
