Introduction: I have been a lifelong pursuer of emotional health and the betterment of myself and others. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. I went on to receive my Masters in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University under John Townsend. I am also a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I have always been passionate about working with high school students, college students, and young adults. There is a huge need within this age group and I would love to utilize my tools to help guide and support them.
