FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat prices by home size, quoted up front, so there are no surprises. Deep cleans and move-outs depend on whether the home is empty or furnished and on extras like inside the oven and fridge. Same-day jobs carry a small rush fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us the bedrooms, bathrooms, date and any extras. We confirm a flat quote, book the clean, and send you a photo checklist and linen count as soon as it's done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have more than a decade of hands-on experience in vacation rental, residential and commercial cleaning, including fast same-day turnovers.
