I hired Celeste to assist me with a couple of projects, one of those being magic WWD in Las Vegas. Celeste was referred to me by an associate of mine, who mentioned that she was fearless and hard-working. Not knowing what to expect I was blown away by her tenacity and sincerity when dealing with our customers. Celeste is definitely someone I would refer in dealing with customers and representing my company and yours. She is very clever, polite, fun, and personable. I will continue to use her representing my brand in tradeshows.

I would absolutely recommend Renaissance to anyone looking to board their pet. We have been boarding our baby, Stella, there for over 2 years. Stella is an extremely shy girl, but loves going to Renaissance. The staff there is incredible and I feel comfortable leaving her with them whether it is a quick one night stay or a 2 week vacation. Plus I love that when I am out of town I can quickly pull up pictures of my girl on the renaissance website!

I am responsible and carry my job seriously, as well as manage my time productively. I strive to improve my work skills daily, and enjoy interacting with my customers.

I love dogs -- big ones, little ones, and anything in between! I have two of my own and had dogs all my life. I will walk your dog, feed them, play with them, and most of all, give them lots of love and attention. My schedule is very flexible, so whenever you can't take care of your furry friends, I will be there for them. I can visit them at your home or bring them to mine for play dates with my two doggies.

I am complete pet lover! I am willing to travel to my furry friends around the Coachella Valley. I believe pets need as much attention as humans do, and I am here to offer companionship to whoever needs it.

My work stands out because I love to clean and organize so I am faster and more efficientlay than most people. i am a Gemini so cleaning and organizing come pretty easy to me. I am a fast learner on how clients want things done. I am very good with children and animals. I am familiar with most kinds of animals and what they need. No animal is too big or too small.

I can take care of your pets and treat them like they are my own. I also do housecleaning and errand running.

I will come to your home and feed and give water to your doggies, when you go on a weekend get-away or when you go on a vacation.

I have been pet sitting for a few years now and it has been such a great experience! I have a rescue named Copper who loves having new friends to play with! I am available weekends, holidays, weekdays!!

I understand every animal will have different reaction's when being sitted by a new stranger. My approach with animals is alway's took with much consideration of the animal. For example I adoted an abused dog with in week the dog was refromed and was not skittish and became to love every one.

Love your pets is what I love to do; they are family. I treat my 4-year-old mini schnauzer like my son. My kids call Chad their brother. I love to hold my pups and cuddle. We go walking and running, and we have a great adventure doing so. Pets are such a big part of my life. They are my friends.

I will take care of your pet while taking him/her to walks and playing with him/her. I will give pets shower and will comb them too. I will take care of their nails and mouth if needed.

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much does it cost to hire a house sitter?

House-sitting can be a lifesaver when you’re leaving town for any length of time. Whether you work remotely, you’re taking a much-needed vacation, or you just want to road-trip for a few days, it’s wise to have a pro keep an eye on your house and pets while you’re gone. Your home is more likely to stay safe and you won’t have to wrangle the kitty into a kennel to travel with you. The national average pet-sitting price ranges between $20 and $30. Pet-sitting and house-sitting costs will vary based on where you live in the country and regional labor rates. Another factor in cost is how long you want the house-sitter to stay. Some people prefer to have the house-sitter stay the night at their house, perhaps to care for an elderly pet or simply to keep a watchful eye on the home at all times. Overnight stays will cost more, ranging anywhere from $50 to $100, depending on services provided. For day visits, house-sitting and pet-sitting prices will increase incrementally the longer the visit and the more service you want performed. For example, a quick 10-minute visit to feed and walk the pet and bring in the mail could be $12.50, a 25-minute visit could be $18, a 40-minute visit $25, and a 50-minute visit $32. How much should you pay for a pet sitter?

Pet sitting provides your precious pet with in-home care. A pet-sitter can make a brief visit during the day to provide snacks, playtime or affection, or stay at your house for one or more nights to tend to your pet. Prices for pet-sitting will vary based on length of the visit. Nationally, pet sitting prices range from $20 to $30, although prices run higher for your sitter to stay the night. Prices will also be affected by where you live in the country. Here are some examples of average pet-sitting prices based on length of time and region:

  • 30-minute visit: $17 in a small Texas town.
  • 30-minute visit: $25 in Southern California.
    • 45-minute visit: $28.
    • 60-minute visit: $32.
  • Overnight stay (10 hours): $50 in Texas.
  • Overnight stay (10 hours): $85 in Southern California.
    • 12 hours: $100.
    • 24 hours: $200. This is a good option for a sick, elderly or brand-new pet that needs constant supervision.
